Use this tab to enter the contact's personal information, such as gender, occupation, and interests. You can also specify a salutation for the contact.
Select option to indicate that the contact wants to be excluded from mailing lists and/or call rosters. If these options are selected with the organisation, the values default for the contact.
If the contact if not of relationship type Customer, you can enter details for one or more credit cards. If one of the cards is the primary credit card, then the primary card defaults when the contact is selected. If the contact is of type Customer, this text displays: Credit Cards - see Customer.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Title
Select the title for the contact. Select Contact Title from the list. If the salutation is formal, the title is used with the contact name and displayed in the Salutation field.
Salutation
The salutation displays how the contact should be addressed. It is also used when automatically creating letters and mail merge:

Date of Birth
Enter the contact's date of birth. The date of birth must have a four-digit year.
Age
This is computed from the contact's date of birth.
Occupation
Select the contact's occupation. Select Contact Interest from the list. You can also enter text about the occupation, up to 30 alphanumeric characters.
Occupation Text
You can enter text about the occupation in this field, up to 30 alphanumeric characters. The text can further define the role that the contact serves.
Interests
Select the contact's interests. Select Contact Interest from the list.
The selected interests display in the field below the dropdown. You can also enter other interests that are not in the dropdown list in this field, up to 80 alphanumeric characters.
Selected Interests
Select multiple interests from the dropdown list. The selected interests display in this field. You can also enter other interests, not contained in the dropdown list, in this field. This field can contain up to 80 alphanumeric characters.
Exclude from mailing lists
A mailing list is a list of contacts created for a specific purpose such as Update of Product. If Exclude from mailings lists is selected for this organisation, this option defaults to being selected.
You cannot deselect it. If this checkbox is not selected on the organisation level, you can indicate whether this contact is included or excluded when generating a mailing list.
If you select this option, the contact is not included in the mailing list.
Exclude from call rosters
A call roster consists of a list of contacts and schedule of intended Calls. If Exclude from call rosters is selected for this organisation, this option defaults to being selected. You cannot to deselect it.
If this checkbox is not selected on the organisation level, you can indicate whether this contact is included or excluded when generating a mailing list.
If you select this option, the contact is not included in call rosters.
Credit Cards table
If the contact is of type Customer, then the credit cards table is not available. This text displays instead: Credit Cards - see Customer.
This table enables you to enter multiple credit cards for the contact. Select the Primary option to indicate which credit card to use as the default when, for example, entering a quote.
