POS Sales Entry
Use this form to enter point of sale transactions, including quotes, sales, receipts, and returns. When you open this form, Greentree Desktop checks for:
- A station code that matches the computer name of the computer the user is logged into. The user doesn't need to select a station, and Greentree Desktop assumes it is the computer's own station.
- No station code matching the computer name of the computer the user is logged into, Greentree Desktop gets the default station from the POS User Preferences form.
- No default station assigned on the POS User Preferences form, you must select the station to use before accessing the sales entry form.
If the station has the Login required option selected, the POS User Login form displays. You must enter your login name and also password (if the station option Password required is also selected).
