Tools

You can use the items in the Tools menu to fetch files for document processing, to deliver files generated by document processing, or to perform other ad-hoc or routine tasks. Unlike profiles, these tasks do not perform document processing.

Use the tools to apply the same processing to files that are sourced in different ways. For instance, you can set up tasks to copy multiple files, perform an FTP transfer, or to fetch emails to common inbox, and have a single incoming profile that picks them up from this location and processes them.
