Workflow User Preferences

Access the Workflow User Preferences form by selecting System > System Setup > User Maintenance, and select the user for whom to define Workflow Preferences. Then, select More Preferences and click the Workflow button.

Use the Workflow User Preferences form to define Workflow's look and feel options for a user.
