Approvals & BPM
Use the Approval Delegates User Preferences form to select delegates who can approve items on the behalf of a Greentree Desktop user.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
All tasks/processes visible
Select this option if this user can see all running process tasks regardless of if they have security privileges for the task. Drill down and the option to complete the task is disabled for the tasks that they do not have access to.
Available Users
This field lists all the users. Select the delegate from the list of Available Users and move the delegate to the Delegated Users list by clicking the > button.
Delegated Users
This field lists all of the delegates for this user. Approval delegates can approve items on behalf of the user. To remove a delegate, select the delegate from the list of Delegated Users and click the < button to move them to the Available Users list.
My Manager
Use this field to select the user's manager for approval rules and notifications. For example, you can specify on a rule that the user's manager needs to approve the item.
My Supervisor
Use this field to select the user's supervisor, who is used with approval rules and notifications.
