Privileges Tab
Use the Privileges tab to set access to Workflow and generic items.
Note: Click the + to expand the item to get access to the lower levels.
The Parent Based Security sub tab contains items with access using the parent record's privileges. The settings on this tab change the parent record's privileges. For example, if Can delete on read/write is selected for sticky notes, then you can remove a sticky note from any record that is accessed in read or write mode.
