System Scripts

Scripts perform a specific function. The scripts that you can use to use are listed under System Scripts. You can set access to scripts at the:

• System level on the Scripts tab on the CRM Module Control form.
• User level on the Scripts tab on the User Maintenance form.

Types of Scripts

There are two types of scripts:

• System scripts: Once turned on, system scripts are run from the CRM > System > System Scripts menu:
  • Analytics Upload
  • CRM Object Reference Checking
  • CRMDemoFormCache
  • eService Password Show
  • Import GL Tree Information
  • Purge Communications
  • Sticky Notes Migration
  • Update Organisation User Fields
  • Update Contact User Fields
  • Validate Trees
  • Validate Attachments
  • View General Ledger
• User scripts: Once turned on, user scripts are run from the CRM > Add-Ins menu:
  • Reassign Organisation/Contact User/Team
