Purge Communications Script

Use this system script to purge closed or all communications based on an end date. Companies with very large communication records can remove old communications and clear disk space.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Purge to

Select the date that you want all communications prior and up to that date to be deleted.

Include open communications

Select this option to purge open communications and closed communications.
