Select the method to use when refunds are processed for this customer. This is taken from the Accounts Receivable Module Control form for AR customers created after the AR refunds set up is completed for the company. For existing AR customers, this must be set up or an error occurs when processing an AR refund.

Options are:

  • Banked Credit Card
  • Banked Deposit
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Non-Banked Credit Card

Cash management analysis

Select the cash analysis code to use as the default for refund transactions for this customer. This comes from the Accounts Receivable Module Control form for AR customers created after the AR refunds set up has been completed for the company. For existing AR customers, this must be set up or an error occurs when processing an AR refund. Only expense type codes is available for selection.

The Create refund button on the right side of the form opens the AR Refund Entry form. If the Accounts Receivable Module Control option Refunds only allowed for credit balance is selected, the button is enabled if the customer has a credit balance.
