PO Receipt Entry
When Mobile PO Receiving is in use, a Mobile status will appear in the PO Receipt Entry header to indicate the put away status:
There are two status types:
Put away in progress
This indicates that the mobile user is currently in the process of executing put away tasks that include the lines displayed for the receipt. For a collection of mobile order lines selected to put way, Greentree creates a receipt header when the first line is confirmed as being put away. That line will appear in the PO Receipt with a status of "Put away in progress" until all the lines in the collection have been confirmed as put way (put away lines will increment to the PO Receipt as they are confirmed).
Put away complete
This indicates that all order lines of the receipt are put away. The status updates to all receipts generated using the Bulk Receive process, and to any receipt generated using the Receive and Put Away process for which all lines selected to put away are confirmed
If the user selects multiple
lines for put away but does not run them all in a single session, the
receipt will be considered complete when the user exits the process. Any
outstanding lines to put away will appear again for selection next time
the user re-enters the process.
Line Item Table
PO lines received using the mobile process displays the Receiver in the last column of the table. Receivers are set up using Warehouse Personnel Maintenance.
