Transaction Entry Security

Use this form to make selected IN transaction types read-only non accessible using transaction entry) for individual users. The security integrates with the IN Transaction Entry and IN Multiple Adjustment Entry forms.

Select the company for which the security settings relate to. When the company is selected, the table refreshes with the list of users who have access to the IN Transaction Entry and IN Multiple Adjustment Entry forms. A list of all related IN transaction types displays across the table.

By default, no user/transaction type combinations are selected, which means all types are available to all users. To restrict the use of a transaction type by a user, select a checkbox.

If a transaction entry document is recalled by a user who does not have access to the transaction type used in the document, the form will be recalled in read-only format.
