Analysis Code User Field Maintenance

Use this form to set up fields for recording information against inventory items based on a specific analysis code. The widens the scope of information you can record for an item beyond standard Greentree user defined fields.

Select the IN Analysis Code you are setting up user fields for. Then, enter user field detail into the table.

Learn how to define user fields:

• User Field Maintenance - User defined fields display and populated on the Custom tab within Inventory Item Maintenance. For fields set up specifically for analysis codes, they only displays for items that have that analysis code assigned to them in IN Item Maintenance.
• If user fields have been set up for an analysis code, they displays in IN Analysis Code Maintenance for your reference and editing.
