HR Grievances


Use this form to enter details of grievances that occur within the organisation, such as workplace bullying. Each record contains details on a grievance such as type, status, date and time, by whom, against whom, the circumstances, action taken and resolution. In addition, grievance maintenance is where the other people involved, hearing details and events are defined.

This function is also used for editing grievance details and making enquiries on event records.
