Custom Tab

Use this tab to assign and display grievance trees and information about user-defined fields for grievances.

If a grievance tree is defined as Mandatory, then you can't save a new grievance masterfile unless you have allocated the grievance to a branch in that tree.

If you want to remove a grievance from a tree, or change the branch that the grievance is assigned to, you cannot do this in Grievance Maintenance. You must do it using the Grievance Tree Maintenance form.

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Grievance trees

Double click the tree to display the tree branches and to then select and change the tree branch value.

Grievance fields

Enter the values for custom grievance fields.
