WebView
This form is enabled if the WebView module is in use.
Use this form to define customer logins, passwords, and other settings applicable to WebView processing.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Allowed Web Access
Select this option to indicate the customer can access the WebView module. If this option is not selected, none of the other fields on the form are visible.
User name
This is the WebView customer's login name. You can leave this field empty if you select the Use email address as Web login ID? option.
Use email address as Web login ID?
Select this option to use the user's email address as their WebView login name. The email address comes from the Customer Main tab.
Password
This is the customer's WebView login password.
Menu
Select the menu the customer will see when they log into WebView. If this is left blank, the customer will see the Default Menu assigned in WebView Module Control.
Account locked
Greentree Desktop updates this indicator, and it is selected to indicate that the customer's account is currently locked. The flag can be removed by the authorised super user to enable the locked out customer to log into WebView again.
Allow Export to Excel
The user can export WebView results to Excel.
Yes
The user can export WebView results to Excel, if Page Maintenance allows for this.
No
The user can't export WebView results to Excel unless Page Maintenance allows for this.
Never
The user will never be allowed to export WebView results to Excel, even if Page Maintenance allows this.
Pdf only
The user can export WebView results to PDF only.
Excel only
The user can export WebView results to Excel only.
Uses WebView Designer
The user can access web pages designed using the WebView module.
Allowed to change password?
The user can change their own password once logged in using WebView.
Uses Financial Reporting
The user can view reports using the web.
Published Reports
Display latest Published Report only?
The user can see the latest Published Report.
Allow Published Report expiry change?
The user can change the expiry date when creating published reports.
Live Report Prompt
Select this option to display the prompt that a Published Report exists when they are running a Live Report.
Units
Select the default unit to use when this customer saves a Published Report.
Value
This is the number of the above unit to keep a Published Report for when the customer saves one.
