About Serviceable Units

Note: Consult with your Exo Business channel partner before implementing Serviceable Units.

Serviceable Units are items which require work. They can be your company's assets or assets owned by your customers.

You can associate a Serviceable Unit with a stock item code and with the serial number of that stock item. Serviceable Units can also have parent child relationships.

Tip: When this feature is enabled, the Serviceable Units tab displays on the Debtors screen in the core Exo Business application. This tab lists Serviceable Units related to the Debtor account.
