The Exo Health and Safety Incident Cycle

The Incident Cycle provides the sequence of steps required in logging an accident and any subsequent accident insurance claims into the system. It also provides a method of reporting these activities in hard copy form.

To start the Incident Cycle, select Incident Cycle from the Help menu, or click the Incident Cycle button on the main toolbar.

Click on each of the steps in turn to perform all of the necessary operations for logging an incident.

• Add Incidents

• Add Claims

• Print Reports
