Step Two – Review Hazards

When you log an incident, you must specify which hazard the incident relates to. Select Step Two of the Incident Cycle to check that the hazard for this incident exists in the Hazard masterfile and if not, add a Hazard using the same procedure as in the Setup Cycle.
