To Export Data to Excel
You can export data from every MYOB Acumatica table to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet at any time, as described in this topic. For more information about integration with Excel, see Integration with Excel.
Attention:
Acumatica ERP uses the
spreadsheet format introduced in Microsoft Office 2007, so if you are using an earlier
version of Microsoft Office, you should install the appropriate plug-in.
To Export Data to Excel
- Open the form whose data you want to export.
- In the summary or selection area (if the form has such an area), use the form elements or navigation buttons to select the data displayed in the table.
- Optional: Filter the data to be exported. For more information on using filters, see Filtering and Sorting in MYOB Acumatica.
- On the table toolbar, click Export to Excel ().
- Follow the necessary steps, which depend on your browser and settings, to download the Excel file with the exported data.
