To Update an Excel Spreadsheet

After you have exported data from MYOB Acumatica to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, you don't need to repeat the export of data after changes have been made in the associated MYOB Acumatica document. You can just update the data in the Excel spreadsheet, as described in this topic. For more information about integration with Excel, see Integration with Excel.

To Update an Excel Spreadsheet

  1. Open the file in Microsoft Excel.
  2. If you're prompted, enable editing and enable external data connections so that Excel can update the file.
  3. Refresh the data as follows:
    • In Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010, and 2013: On the Data tab, in the Connections group, click Refresh All.

    When you are prompted to authenticate yourself, enter your MYOB Acumatica user name and password.

Excel connects to MYOB Acumatica and updates the data in the tables.
