To Delete an MYOB Acumatica Application Instance

When you delete an instance by using the Application Maintenance page, you delete applications created under the default site in Internet Information Services (IIS) when installing MYOB Acumatica.

To Delete an MYOB Acumatica Application Instance

1. Run the MYOB Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard on the server where MYOB Acumatica is installed. For example, select Start > MYOB Acumatica > MYOB Acumatica.
2. On the Welcome page, click Perform Application Maintenance.
3. On the Application Maintenance page, do the following:
   1. In the Installed Sites list, click the MYOB Acumatica instance that you want to delete.
   2. Click Delete.
   3. When you're prompted, click OK.

The MYOB Acumatica instance files are deleted from the file system, and the virtual directory of the instance is removed from IIS configuration. The database of the instance remains untouched when you delete the instance. You can manually delete the database by using tools of the database server.
