You can set up note types for financial reports, which allows users to add, update, or view notes within financial reports, based on their permissions.
Enter a Code and Description for the note type, and assign permissions to users.
You can add notes to reports using the Financial Reporting form. To do this, right-click the value and select Add/View Notes:
Existing notes displays in the note view. To add a new note, click Add Note. Select a note Type and enter the text.
To edit text, double click in the text box. Click the Save icon to save changes. When a note is added to a value, the value displays in the financial reporting table in yellow.
