You can view reports with custom column definitions in Greentree Desktop by selecting an option from the Reports > General Ledger > Financial Reporting menu.
Note: You can't view reports using the hard coded pre-defined formats.
You can enable WebView financial reports in Greentree Desktop on these forms:
WebView must be enabled for the user, with a default menu selected.
Note: Do not select either of the Uses options at the base of the form.
Check that you have a Web Report Group set up that provides access to only the financial reports that this user or group of users can see.
Ensure that the user is assigned to the correct level of web security of the reports they can see.
Once the set up is enabled for the user, you can view reports under the Reports > General Ledger > Financial Reporting menu.
Select the report and period end date for what to view. When values display at an account level (click + and - to expand and collapse), click the value and the GL Account Enquiry form displays, pre-populated with details.
Note: The report can also be exported to PDF or Excel by clicking the buttons located at the top right of the form.
