User this form to set user preferences for the Manufacturing module.

Allow link to sales orders
This option is enabled if you're using the Sales Order and Factory Order Linking modules.
If you select this option, you can link factory orders to backordered sales order lines from the Factory Order Entry form.
Load BOM structure for all bills
Select this option to view a graphical representation of all bills of material on the Bill of Materials Maintenance form.
If you don't select this option, only the selected parent item displays in graphical format when you load the Bill of Material Maintenance form.
Load when form loads
This option is enabled if you select the Load BOM structure for all bills option.

Default Location
This is the location that defaults to Factory Orders created by the user.

MRP Review Colours
This section of the form is enabled if you're using the Material Requirements Planning module.
You can define the colours used for planned orders and action messages on the MRP Review form. Click a button to open the form to choose a colour.
OK
Click this button to confirm the details you have entered for this user and save them.
Cancel
Click this button to cancel the addition or change to this user.

Select the value to display on the Planning Board:
Date ranges on
Select the option relating to which date range is used in the Planning Board display:
Column width
Set the default column width of the Planning Board table.
Row height
Set the default row height of the Planning Board table.
Colours
Select a colour scheme to apply to orders or rows with a specific status, so they are more easily identifiable in the Planning Board table:
