JC Preferences
Enter job cost user preferences on this form.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Company
You can set up job cost preferences against each company. The user's default company displays by default.
Profit Centre Group
Select All Profit Centres, or a single profit centre group to indicate which profit centres you can enter job cost transactions for. Use this feature to restrict users to enter, view, or report on jobs assigned to a profit centre falling within their specific areas of responsibility.
Permit invoicing
Select this option if users can create job cost invoices using the JC AR Invoice Entry form. If you don't select this option, users can only create proforma invoices.
OK
Click this button to confirm the details you have entered for this user and to save them.
Cancel
Click this button to cancel the addition or change.
