Material Requirements Planning

Learn about the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process flow, generation, and calculations. You can run MRP for a single warehouse, multiple warehouses or all warehouses.

Forecast Maintenance

• Enables selection of a forecast at a single warehouse, multiple warehouses, or all warehouses.

MRP Generation

• Enables you to select warehouses at a single warehouse, multiple warehouses or all warehouses.
• Uses the accumulated inventory levels for the selected warehouse(s) to feed through to the MRP generation calculation.
• Enables you to select a single warehouse to create planned purchase orders against.
• Enables you to select a single warehouse to create planned factory orders against.

To run MRP for single warehouses, you must create a separate MRP generation for each single warehouse
