Template Maintenance
You can use templates to simplify the creation of jobs that share common parameters. You can also use templates to create sub-jobs. You can define custom code ranges, including prefix and suffix options, for specific templates.
When creating a new job, you can access templates on the JC Job Maintenance form. Information that you enter into the template is copied to a new job when this template is selected when you create a job.
Note: If an existing template contains an inactive job manager, the manager's name displays in the Job Manager list. You can't select the manager's name from the list.
