Custom Tab

Use this tab to assign and display tree and user-defined field information for jobs.

Note: If a job tree is Mandatory, you can't save a job masterfile unless you have allocated the job to a branch in that tree.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

User-defined trees

To assign a job to a tree branch, double click the name of the tree in the table to display associated branches and then select or change the tree branch for the job.

For example, the Area tree is available to assign the job to. Double click the Area row, and the tree structure (branches) displays. You can select a branch or sub-branch to assign the job to.

Assigning jobs to trees enables you to add an additional reference or category to the job and analyse them using the JADE Query or Inspection Tool utilities.

You can also view jobs using trees as a search criteria.

User-defined fields

User-defined fields enable you to add your own reference to the job, which you can use as criteria when performing analysis using the JADE Query or Inspection Tool utilities.
