Revenue

This form is enabled if the Advanced Job Cost module is in use and the job is subject to revenue recognition. It displays revenue details for each period that is processed.

Select the period range for which to view revenue details and click Apply to return these details to the table for each period:

Period - Period and year.
Revenue Status - Not calculated, Calculated, Reviewed, Confirmed, Posted - based on progression through the Revenue Recognition processes.
Batch - The batch numbers for the revenue post and its reversing entry in these period (applicable only if the Post revenue process has been applied).
Estimated % Complete - The cumulative calculated percentage completed using the job's % complete calculation method.
Actual % Complete - The cumulative percentage completed that was entered or copied from the estimated percentage using the Revenue Review process.
The period's % Complete is the difference between the displayed % Complete for the period that displayed for the previous period.
Estimated Revenue - The revenue calculated for the period, using the job's % complete calculation and revenue calculation methods.
Actual Revenue - The revenue for the period that was entered or copied from the estimated revenue using the review process
Total Previous Revenue - The total of all previously recognised revenue.
Total Revenue - Total Previous Revenue + Actual Revenue.
Estimated Hours - Number of hours in the current estimate.
Actual Hours - Cumulative number of hours entered as costs to date.
Estimated Labour Cost - Total labour costs in the current estimate.
Actual Labour Cost - Cumulative amount of labour costs to date.
Estimated Non Labour Cost - Total non-labour costs in the current estimate.
Actual Non Labour Cost - Cumulative amount of non-labour costs to date.
Estimated Cost - Total costs (labour and non-labour) in the current estimate.
Actual Cost - Cumulative amount of costs to date.
Estimated Labour Sell - Total labour retail amount in the current estimate.
Actual Labour Sell - Cumulative amount of invoiced labour items to date.
Estimated Non Labour Sell - Total non-labour retail amount in the current estimate
Actual Non Labour Sell -Cumulative amount of invoiced non-labour items to date.
Estimated Sell - Total retail amount (labour and non-labour) in the current estimate.
Actual Sell - Cumulative amount of invoiced (labour and non-labour) items to date.
Invoices to Date - Total of invoices to date for the job.
% Complete Calc Method - The % Complete calculation method used for this calculation.
Revenue Calc Method - The revenue calculation method used for this calculation.
