SO Finalise Packing Slips

You can finalise packing slips using the Packing Slip Maintenance form or the SO Finalise Packing Slips form. The error message Actual Weight is mandatory displays if the Actual Weight of a dimensioned packing slip line is zero. You can enter the weight before finalising.

If you try to finalise using the Finalise Packing Slip form, and no actual weight is assigned to the line, Greentree Desktop displays this message:

Actual Weight is mandatory on Packing Slip xxx

Where xxx is the packing slip reference. To edit the weight, recall the packing slip on the Packing Slip Maintenance form before finalising.
