% Value Maintenance

Use this form to create and maintain percentage value factors that you can use to streamline the creation of inventory budgets on the Budget Maintenance form.

The values that you enter are premium or discount percentages that is applied to a base value specified on the Budget Maintenance form to arrive at the expected budget value per period.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Code

Enter or retrieve a value code, up to four alphanumeric characters.

Description

Enter a description for the percentage value, up to 30 alphanumeric characters.

Table

The Period descriptions default based on calendar specified on the Inventory Module Control form. Enter the percentage applicable for each period into the % of Value column.

You can only enter positive percentages between 0 and 9,999.99.
