Update Advanced Price Margin Values

This form is enabled if the Advanced Pricing module is in use, and you are using a markup option of Value Entered and Show as Margins specified on the Main tab on the Module Control form.

The form enables you to apply a margin value increase across all prices defined in Advanced Pricing Maintenance. You can select a customer tree and branch against which to apply the margin increase, a specific item, or a combination of both:

Enter the value increase as the Incremental Amount, up to as many decimal places indicated on the Main tab of the Module Control form as your pricing decimal unit.

When you press F2 or click the Save icon to save, you are prompted to say that Greentree Desktop updates all prices that meet the criteria specified.

For example, if you select Auckland as the customer tree, no inventory code, and an incremental amount of $1.00, Greentree Desktop searches for all margin value prices set up for this customer tree, and increase the price of all items by $1.00. If you set 123 as the inventory code, no tree, and an incremental amount of $1.00, Greentree Desktop searches for all prices set up for item 123 and increase them by $1.00.
