Transaction Entry Security

Use this form to make selected IN transaction types read-only for individual users.

Select the company for which the security settings relate to. When the company is selected, the table refreshes with the list of users who have access to the IN Transaction Entry and IN Multiple Adjustment Entry forms. All related inventory transaction types display in the table.

By default, no user or transaction type combinations are selected. To restrict the use of a transaction type by a user, select a checkbox.

Note: If a transaction entry document is recalled by a user who does not have access to the transaction type used in the document, the form opens in read-only format.
