Location

Use this form to view balances at locations, based on Warehouse, Location, Item, and/or Tree search criteria. You can also select whether to view all location balances, or only those if the balance exceeds zero.

You can filter the output of the enquiry based on criteria associated with the (stocking) location, such as whether it is Active, Protected, or a Transit location.

Click Search Now to apply criteria and return details to the table. To view extended detail for serial/lot and/or dimension controlled items, click the Serial/Lot Details and Dimension Details buttons while on the item.

You can double click these field to drill down to other forms:

Item code/description - Drill down to the IN Item Maintenance form.
Committed to SO - Drill down to the SO Enquiry form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
On-Order - Drill down to the PO Enquiry form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
Requisition - Drill down to the Requisition Enquiry form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
On Shipment - Drill down to the PO Enquiry (Shipments) form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
In-Production - Drill down to the FO Enquiry form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
Backorders - Drill down to the SO Enquiry form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
Forward Orders - Drill down to the SO Enquiry form, which is pre-populated with relevant detail.
