Overdrawn Entitlements
The Overdrawn Entitlements form displays when a balance tracked transaction type is entered on the pay line and the hours entered are greater than the hours the employee is entitled to. If the employee has exceeded their entitlement but the hours are less than the maximum overdrawn, Greentree Desktop displays a warning but you can save the pay. If the hours are greater than entitled and the maximum overdrawn, you cannot save the pay until either the hours paid are reduced or the maximum overdrawn increased.
