Standing Transaction Listing Report


This report prints a standing transactions set up using the Standing Transaction Maintenance form. You can print all transactions, or filter the report output by specifying a reference or a next action date.

Header Details

  • Report process date and time
  • Page number

Line Details

For each standing transaction that is set up, the following details display:

  • Standing transaction reference number
  • Company
  • GL account code (multiple if more than one line in the transaction)
  • GL account description
  • Cash analysis codes
  • GL account subcode
  • Quantity
  • Transaction accrual indicator
  • Last action date
  • Frequency
  • Next action date
  • Value option (fixed or variable)
  • Currency
  • Rate option (fixed or variable)
  • Rate
  • Amount
  • Tax
  • Tax %

The report output is grouped and summarised by standing transaction type — for example, Journal, Payment, or Receipt. A total value displays for each transaction.

Parameters

You can set these parameters for the report:

Print Journals

Select this option to include general ledger journals in the report.

Print Payment

Select this option to include all payments in the report.

Print Receipt

Select this option to include all receipts in the report.

Reference From

Enter the first transaction reference in the range of references to include in the report.

Reference To

Enter the last transaction reference in the range of references to include in the report.

Leaving the Reference From field empty and entering zzzzzz in this field includes all references in the report.

Next Action Date

Enter the date when the next action on the transaction occurs. For example, if you send a supplier the same invoice every month, enter the next date on which Greentree Desktop sends the invoice.
