AP Journal Applied Items

This form updates with transaction detail selected either on the Items to Select tab or on the Balance Forward tab. You can edit values in the table before saving the journal, though you can not enter a value that exceeds the original value.

You can add lines to this table, though if you enter a reference that does not exist, Greentree Desktop assumes you are entering an unapplied journal.

If you do not enter a reference, Greentree Desktop assigns a reference of UNAPP to the journal.

You can use the Apply Unapplied Transactions form to apply unapplied transactions to existing transactions.
