Sales Order Line

You can enter sales order line detail into the table at the bottom of the SO Order Entry form, or into the Line Item form. You can choose the line detail fields you want to be visible to the user during data entry, and which of the visible fields you want to display in read-only format.

For example, you can restrict users from viewing the cost, or you can make price fields read-only to ensure that the user cannot change the price Greentree calculated for a line. Or, you can suppress tax-related fields because the rates never change and the user does not need to see them during order entry.
