TO Line

Enter text only lines into sales orders to include a narration in related documents like a Packing Slip or an AR Invoice. The narration appears as a separate line on these documents, the same way an inventory, general ledger account, or non-stock line would appear.

To enter a text-only line, select Text Only as the Line Type, and enter a narration into the Text Only (Narration) field. None of the other sales order line entry fields apply to a line of this nature.
