Standard Text Maintenance
Use this form to define text strings that users can select to add as text to a job or invoice. It works with the Job Card form in JC Job Maintenance, and the Narration form in JC AR Invoice Entry.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Name
Enter a name to represent the text string you are going to add, up to 30 characters long.
Default Text
Add text, which will be attached to the Name and default to job or invoice text when the name is selected on a form.
Click 
to delete the text.
