Employee Maintenance
Employees are set up to represent the people who work on jobs — for example, internal employees, contractors, project managers, and the like. Set up employees to capture the costs for their labour against specific jobs using the Timesheet Entry form.
You can assign employees flagged as managers to jobs on the Job Maintenance form, and you can print Job Cost Management Reports using the job manager as an output filter. This enables you to print job reports for a specific manager, or a range of managers.
