Serial Lot Suspense Allocation
Use this form if you are using the Serial/Lot Control module, and the option to Use Serial/Lot Suspense Account is selected in IN Module Control - Serial/Lot Details. The form allocates serial/lot numbers to inventory items that have been changed from being non-serial/lot controlled to being controlled.
During transaction entry, you can put a serial/lot controlled quantity into Suspense, which means that you do not know the serial or lot number when entering a transaction, and want to allocate it at a later time. You can put the full transaction quantity into suspense, or only part of the quantity.
When the serial/lot number becomes known, use the Serial Lot Suspense Allocation form to specify the serial/lot numbers for transactions that are currently in the suspense account.
