Recruitment Process Maintenance Form
Use this form to define your recruitment processes. A recruitment process consists of a number of stages. Employees and applicants can be linked to each stage, automatically updating involvement of the employee or the applicant. You can also create an applicant using the Recruitment Process form.
Greentree automatically captures recruitment process events, and you can also create events manually.
Buttons on the Recruitment Process Maintenance Form
These buttons are on the Recruitment Process Maintenance form:
- Attachments - Opens a form that enables you to add and view any type of document, file, picture or graphic to the selected item
- Re-activate - This button is disabled for all active applicants. This button re-activates an inactive applicant. The re-activate process prompts you to determine which active status must be assigned to the applicant. The Re-activate event is captured and displayed on the Events tab.
- Mail Merge - Perform a mail merge on the list of people for a specific stage, example: application acknowledgement letters.
- Email - Sends email to a selected person or bulk email the people listed on a specific stage, for example: a regret mail to notify the applicant that their application was unsuccessful.
