This form contains committee code and information. It also displays the date the committee was formed, its status, and its purpose.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Code

The committee code is a unique value that identifies each committee, it can be alpha, numeric or alphanumeric. You can enter the code or Greentree can generate it.

Description

Enter the description for this committee or select a committee from the dropdown list.

Date Formed

Enter the date the committee was formed.

Status

Enter or select the committee status from those available in the dropdown list. Additional committee status may be added. Status is compulsory to create the Committee record.

View

This field determines which records you have access to. The default view is set in module control. You can modify your view (depending on your security level):

  • All: All records are available, no limitation based on the owner of the record.
  • Mine: Only the records that are assigned to you are available.
  • Team: Only the records that are assigned to your team(s) are available.

Note: The user login super overrides the view setting, allowing access to all records.

Attachments

Click this button to add, edit, view, or delete an attachment to the individual disciplinary record.

Re-activate

Click this button to select the status for the selected committee to re-activate.

Mail Merge

Click this button to create and perform a mail merge for the committee.

Bulk Email

Click this button to send a bulk email to the members of the committee.
