Live to Forecast

Use this form to refresh information in the Forecast Assets form with live data.

Live asset data can be transferred to the forecast asset form based on asset code, profit centre, and analysis group. This enables flexibility so that you can transfer information about all assets, or just a subset of information based on a profit centre or analysis group.

Define the range of data you want to copy to the Forecast Assets form by making selections in the Asset Code, Profit Centre, and Analysis Group ranges. These will all default in the first instance to span the entire range associated with the parameter.

If the option to Erase forecast asset master before copy is selected, all data from the Forecast Assets form is erased before the live copy. If the option is not selected, any assets already existing in the forecast form that are not included in the range selected to copy, remains in the forecast form.

Click the Transfer button. The progress bar updates with percentage complete values as the process continues. The form closes when the process is complete.
