View Jobs

Use the View Jobs form to enquire on the Greentree Job Cost Jobs database.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Profit Centre

Select the profit centres for the Jobs you want to view by clicking the Profit Centre search field. Profit Centre is matched against the Profit Centre of the Job, as maintained in Job Maintenance > Main tab.

Selected Profit Centre/s

This field lists the Profit Centres you selected to base the Job search on.

Customer

Select the Customers for the Jobs you want to view through use of the Customer search field. Customer is matched against the Customer of the Job, as maintained in Job Maintenance > Main tab.

Selected Customer/s

This field lists the Customers you selected to base the Job search on.

Status

Select the status(es) for the Jobs you want to view. Status is matched against the Status of the Job, as maintained on the Job Maintenance > Main tab.

Selected Status(es)

This field lists the status(es) you selected to base the Job search on.

Manager

Select the Managers for the Jobs you want to view. Manager is matched against the Job Manager of the Job, as maintained on the Job Maintenance > Main tab.

Selected Manager/s

This field lists the Job Managers you selected to base the Job search on.

Code

Select the Codes for the Jobs you want to view. Code is matched against the Job code, as maintained in Job Maintenance.

This field lists the Codes you selected to base the Job search on.

Charge Type

Select the Charge Types for the Jobs you want to view. Charge Type is matched against the Charge Type of the Job, as maintained on the Job Maintenance > Main tab.

Selected Charge Type/s

This field lists the Charge Types you selected to base the Job search on.

Tree

Select the Tree you want to perform your search on from the dropdown list. The dropdown contains all the Trees that are authorised for use by JC Jobs.

If selected, the tree branches display in the field below. You can select the branches from this list.

Tree Branches

Select the Tree Branches for which you want to view the Jobs.

All the branches for the selected Tree display.

Include Closed

Select to include Closed Jobs in the search. If selected, all Jobs with Job Accessibility of Closed, as maintained on the Job Maintenance > Additional tab, is included in the search.

Include Finalised

Select to include Finalised Jobs in the search. If selected, all Jobs with Job Accessibility of Finalised, as maintained on the Job Maintenance > Additional tab, is included in the search.

Jobs Table

This table lists all the Jobs that meet the search criteria. Drill down on a job to view the detail.
