View Follow-ups


Use the View Follow-ups form to enquire on the CRM Follow-ups database.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Organisation

Select the Organisations for the records you want to view. The list of selections displays in the field on the right of Organisation.

If you hold your mouse pointer over the Organisation button, the button's label changes to Add Children. Clicking the Organisation button adds all the child Organisations for the selected Organisations to the selected criteria field on the right. Child Organisations are all the Organisations that appear below the selected Organisation within the Org hierarchy.

Contact

Select the Contacts for the records you want to view. The list of selections displays in the field on the right of Contact.

Status

Select the status of the follow-ups you want to view. The list of selections displays in the field on the right of Status.

Type

Select the Types for the records you want to view. The list of selections displays in the field on the right of Type.

Type is auto allocated when you create the record, based on the module from which you gained entry.

Start Date

Enter the Start Date from which you want to view the records. The date can be entered in these formats:

  • 9 August 18
  • 9 August 2018
  • 09/08/18
  • 09/08/2018

Your setting for the date format might be different. Check File > Preferences to determine what your setting is.

You can use the operators + or - in the Date field to add or subtract a number of Days from the Start Date, for example:

  1. Today+7 in the Date field displays items (such as Follow-ups) for the seventh day from today.
  2. Today:Today+7 in the Date field displays items for the next seventh days.

Due Date

Enter the Due Date from which you want to view the records. The date can be entered in these formats:

  • 9 August 18
  • 9 August 2018
  • 09/08/18
  • 09/08/2018

Your setting for the date format might be different. Check File > Preferences to determine what your setting is.

You can use the operators + or - in the Date field to add or subtract a number of Days from the Start Date, for example:

  1. Today+7 in the Date field displays items (such as Follow-ups) for the seventh day from today.
  2. Today:Today+7 in the Date field displays items for the next seventh days.

View

Select the records you want to view. You can select:

  • All: All records are available, no limitation based on the owner of the record.
  • Mine: Only the records that are assigned to you are available.
  • Team: Only the records that are assigned to your team(s) are available.

Leads

Select if you only want to view records that have references to Leads.

References to Leads are established when you create the Follow-up, by selecting the Reference as a Lead and then the specific Lead record.

Quotes

Select if you only want to view records that have references to Quotes.

References to Quotes are established when you create the Follow-up, by selecting the Reference as a Quote and then the specific Quote record.

Communications

Select if you only want to view records that have references to Communications.

References to Communications are established when you create the Follow-up, by selecting the Reference as a Communication and then the specific Communication record.

Service Requests

Select if you only want to view records that have references to Service Requests.

References to Service Requests are established when you create the Follow-up, by selecting the Reference as a Service Request and then the specific Service Request record.

Fund Raising

Select if you only want to view records that have references to Fund Raising.

References to Fund Raising are established when you create the Follow-up, by selecting the Reference as a Fund Raising and then the specific Pledge/Donation record.

Blank References

Select if you only want to view records that has no references.

References are established when you create the Follow-up, by selecting the Reference and then the specific record. For this item, only records that do not have any References selected, will be retrieved.

Only Open

If selected, only open records displays.

View Table

The table lists all the records for the criteria entered.
