View Fixed Assets

---

Use the View Fixed Assets form to enquire on the GT Fixed Assets database.

Asset

Select the Asset and Subcode.

Selected Asset

This field list the Asset and the subcode you selected to base the search on.

Profit Centre

Select the profit centres for the Fixed Assets you want to view by clicking the Profit Centre search field. Profit Centre is matched against the Profit Centre of the Fixed Asset, as maintained on the FA Asset Master Maintenance | Main tab.

Selected Profit Centre/s

This field lists the Profit Centres you selected to base the Fixed Asset search on.

Branch

Select the branch(es) for the Fixed Assets you want to view by clicking the Branch search field. Branch is matched against the Branch of the Fixed Asset, as maintained on the FA Asset Master Maintenance | Main tab.

Selected Branch(es)

This field lists the branch(es) you selected to base the Fixed Asset search on.

Group

Select the Groups for the Fixed Assets you want to view. Analysis Group is matched against the Group of the Fixed Assets, as maintained on the FA Asset Master Maintenance | Main tab.

Selected Group/s

This field lists the Analysis Groups you selected to base the Job search on.

Location

Select the Locations for the Fixed Assets you want to view. Location is matched against the Location of the Fixed Asset, as maintained on the FA Asset Master Maintenance | Main tab.

Selected Location/s

This field lists the Locations you selected to base the Fixed Assets search on.

Date From/To

Select a date range, these can be applied to the Install, Last Addition, Disposal or Depreciation Dates.

Balance Options

Select to:

• View balances based on Tax or Accounting values.
• View balances within a certain value range these can be either Closing Asset values or Closing Book values.
• Exclude zero closing book values
• View balances as at a certain date, if this is empty then this displays the final closing balance.

Click the Recalculate Balances button to refresh the balances without re-running the search.

Tree

Select the Tree you want to perform your search on from the dropdown list, which contains all the Trees that are authorised for use by FA Assets.

If selected, the tree branches display in the field below Tree. You can select branches from this list.

Tree Branches

Select the Tree Branches for which you want to view the Fixed Assets.

All the branches for the selected Tree display.

Exclude Inactive

Select this option to exclude Inactive assets from your search.

Only display Pooling Assets

Select this option to search on Pooling Fixed Assets only. If selected, only Fixed Assets which have the Pooling Asset option selected, are included in the search. The Pooling Asset option is maintained on the FA Asset Master Maintenance > Main tab.

Masterfile Table

This table lists all the Fixed Assets that meet the search criteria. Drill down on a Fixed Asset to view the detail.

Balances Table

This table lists balance information for the assets that meet the search criteria.
