Address Features
These features are available wherever address details are maintained in Greentree:
Google Maps
This feature is enabled if the User Preference menu security option Web access is permitted is selected for the current user. Activate this feature by clicking the Greentree icon next to the first line of the address.
When you click the icon, the Google Map for the address opens. If there is a Web address of the address, the web page can be accessed from by clicking the masterfile line. For example, to display a web page of the above customer, click the Customer: 00001, Furniture Galore line within the Google Map notation. This displays in bold orange to indicate the address has a web page assigned to it.
Web Address
This feature is enabled if the User Preference menu security option Web access is permitted is selected for the current user. Click the Greentree icon next to the web address to open the web page associated with the address.
You can also access this page using
the Google Map.
This feature is enabled if the User Preference menu security option Allow email from address is selected for the current user. Click the Greentree icon next to the email address to open an email message pre-populated with the email address.
