Followups
Followups contains real time summary information of all followups for the logged in user.
Security
The Followups panel is visible where access to Followups is selected under User Preferences / Menu Security:
- CRM / Relationships, Sales & Marketing, Service & Support, Debt Collection, and/or Fund Raising
Badge detail
In badge form, Followups displays the Overdue count.
Panel detail
The Overdue detail contained on the Followups badge is also displayed on the Followups panel.
The grid displays both Overdue and current followups. Overdue followups are denoted by a red dot. These are summarised by:
- Due Date
- Organisation
- Contact
- Subject.
Double clicking on any of the followups displayed will open the Followup associated with the record
Column views
Columns can be sorted or hidden from view as required.
